The Final Phase release offered one- and two-bedroom lofts, in both the 1051 5th Ave. and 425 E. 11th St. buildings. The former is a one-story brick-exterior building with soaring, arched rooflines, while E. 11th St. is an impressive two-story structure with rooftop decks and extensive views.
